A leading global automotive technology supplier is seeking a skilled HR Manager to drive long-term organizational strategy and align HR operations with business goals. In this key role, you'll collaborate closely with executives, guide a high-performing HR team, and lead initiatives in workforce planning, HR system design, and leadership development across a dynamic international environment.

• Build effective communication between employees, leadership, and global HR teams
• Ensure HR practices reflect legal standards, company values, and inclusive culture
• Translate business strategy into actionable HR plans and organizational frameworks
• Lead recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and talent acquisition initiatives
• Design and continuously improve HR systems including compensation, evaluations, and training
• Drive leadership and talent development programs to enhance organizational capabilities
• Manage and mentor the HR department, fostering a culture of growth and excellence

• 大卒以上
• 複数の人事領域の専門知識（例：人事企画、採用、HRIS、労務管理など）
• Excelスキル（データ集計・分析など）

• 戦略的思考能力
• 経営陣ともスタッフとも信頼関係を築き、上下関係や部署の垣根を越えてリーダーシップを発揮できること
  

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語： ビジネスレベル（フランス本社とのやり取りあり）
  

• 外資系企業または製造業での人事経験
• 組織改革やチェンジマネジメントの知見
• 経営層との折衝や戦略的人事企画の実務経験

• 7-10 years of HR experience with proven managerial capability
• Strong background in at least one HR area: planning, recruitment, training, HR systems, or labor management

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze HR data

• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Japanese: Native-level proficiency
• English: Business-level (required for communication with French headquarters)

• Experience working in global organizations, ideally in the manufacturing industry
• Exposure to change management and strategic HR planning
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex business structures
