A leading global automotive technology supplier is seeking a skilled HR Manager to drive long-term organizational strategy and align HR operations with business goals. In this key role, you'll collaborate closely with executives, guide a high-performing HR team, and lead initiatives in workforce planning, HR system design, and leadership development across a dynamic international environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Build effective communication between employees, leadership, and global HR teams
  • Ensure HR practices reflect legal standards, company values, and inclusive culture
  • Translate business strategy into actionable HR plans and organizational frameworks
  • Lead recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and talent acquisition initiatives
  • Design and continuously improve HR systems including compensation, evaluations, and training
  • Drive leadership and talent development programs to enhance organizational capabilities
  • Manage and mentor the HR department, fostering a culture of growth and excellence

  • 経営陣ともスタッフとも信頼関係を築き、上下関係や部署の垣根を越えてリーダーシップを発揮できること
語学力:
  • 日本語:ビジネスレベル以上

Required Skills and QualificationsExperience:

  • Strong background in at least one HR area: planning, recruitment, training, HR systems, or labor management

Language Requirements
