主な職務内容

  • 主にテクニカルセンター部門を担当
  • 人事オペレーション全般(報酬制度、人事考課、HRIS、給与・労務管理など)
  • 人事プロセスの改善・運用管理
  • 人事規定や制度の継続的な設計・改善
  • 人材を適切に配置し、組織変更や制度導入、変革に対応するために部門横断的に連携しすること
  • 国内外のHRチームと連携し、グローバル人事プロジェクトの企画・実行を主導

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute HR operations including compensation, payroll, labor management, performance evaluations, and HRIS
  • Improve and streamline HR processes to support daily operations efficiently
  • Design and manage HR policies and internal regulations to support organizational effectiveness
  • Act as an HR Business Partner by supporting talent allocation, policy implementation, change management, and business partnering with departments
  • Collaborate with global and domestic HR teams to lead and contribute to global HR projects and initiatives

Required Skills

Required Skills and QualificationsExperience:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on HR Generalist or HRBP experience
  • Prior experience in a multinational or cross-cultural environment
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus

Technical/Professional Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and systems
  • Understanding of labor law and HR compliance
Soft Skills:
  • Strong stakeholder communication and project management skills
  • Business mindset and proactive problem-solving abilities
Language Requirements
  • Japanese: Native level
  • English: Intermediate to business level
  • Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven ability to collaborate globally and navigate international HR frameworks
  • Experience in organizational design, change management, and policy rollout
