Ein führendes japanisches Unternehmen für die Herstellung von Automobilteilen sucht eine:n Kundendienstmitarbeiter:in (m/w/d), um seine Kunden stärker zu betreuen. Aufgaben
- Sie sind der erste Ansprechpartner für deutschsprachige Kunden.
- Sie beantworten Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und über andere Kommunikationskanäle.
- Bereitstellung genauer Informationen zu den Produkten und Dienstleistungen.
- Zeitnahe und professionelle Lösung von Kundenproblemen und Beschwerden.
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten in der Datenbank.
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass die Kundenbedürfnisse erfüllt werden.
- Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit und -bindung.
- Erstellung und Präsentation regelmäßiger Berichte über Kundendienstaktivitäten.
Qualifikationen
- Fließendes Deutsch und Business-Level-Englisch
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenservice.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail.
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig und im Team zu arbeiten.
- Kenntnisse der Automobilindustrie sind von Vorteil.
