Job Description
国際人材支援を専門とする企業にて、国際人材支援コーディネーターの募集です。
日本とインドネシアをつなぐ架け橋として、技能実習生の送り出しを支援する重要な役割を担います。語学力やコミュニケーション力を活かし、異文化交流の最前線で活躍できるエキサイティングなポジションです。教育・生活支援・職業訓練など多角的なサポートを通じて、実習生が安心して日本での生活をスタートできるよう支援する、社会的意義の高い仕事です。
日本からの顧客対応（メール・電話・訪問時のアテンドなど）
実習生の送り出しに関する運営サポート（書類管理・スケジュール調整など）
社内外の関係者との連携・調整業務（教育機関・受け入れ企業との連絡など）
その他、運営に関わる庶務業務全般
英語またはインドネシア語での日常会話が可能な方
社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
異文化理解に関心があり、柔軟な対応ができる方
基本的なPC操作（メール、Excelなど）ができる方
チームワークを大切にし、責任感を持って業務に取り組める方
月給：IDR 20,000,000 ～ 25,000,000（手取り、経験に応じて）
THR（宗教手当）：1カ月分支給
交通費：実費精算
住居手当あり
民間医療保険加入
勤務日：月～金（土日休み）
