Job Summary

The Marketing Supervisor will lead and coordinate export-import marketing strategies across Asian markets, with a strong focus on Japanese clientele. This role involves managing international trade operations, developing market entry strategies, and maintaining high-level client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Asia, especially Japan, Southeast Asia, and East Asia.

• Oversee logistics, documentation, and compliance for cross-border shipments.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese customers, ensuring cultural sensitivity and high service standards.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to regional markets.

• Track KPIs, analyze market trends, and report performance to senior management.

• Ensure all export-import documentation complies with international trade laws and Japanese regulations.

• Work closely with logistics, finance, and product development teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import marketing, preferably in Asia.

• Proven track record of handling Japanese clients or working in Japan-related markets.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Deep understanding of Asian trade regulations, especially import/export protocols.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Excellent knowledge in export-import market & regulations across Asia countries

• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience working in Japanese or multinational companies with a track record of dealing with multiple Japanese customers
