• Overseeing the sales, revenue, and marketing team.
• Directing the sales team to achieve the targets set within the targeted market mix.
• Directing and monitoring the implementation of the digital marketing strategy to match the targeted market for the hotels, including the spending allocation for social media and other marketing channels.
• Maintaining clear and open communication within the sales and marketing department as well as with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration in daily operations.
