Job Description
The company operates in the furniture and building materials industry
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a nationwide sales team of 30 members.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and customer base.
Ensure sales targets and profitability goals are met.
Collaborate closely with other departments to optimize business operations.
Conduct frequent business trips to other cities to support sales activities.
Report directly to the company president.
Deep industry knowledge in furniture, building materials, or related sectors.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Japanese language skills are not required.
