Job Description
Our client is an IT company.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage outsourcing projects for the Japanese market.
- Work directly with Japanese companies and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company processes (kickoff, scheduling, Q&A, risk management, change request (CR) management, code reviews, test case reviews, release checklists, etc.).
- Collaborate with the team to propose solutions related to business processes, architecture, system design, and technical strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in IT.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years managing projects for the Japanese market.
- Experience in projects using Agile, CMMI, Waterfall, or similar processes.
- Japanese proficiency is equivalent to N2 or higher.
- Experience as a Tech Lead.
- Knowledge of PMBOK and PMP certification.
- Experience in web programming (frontend/backend/cloud server).
