Job Responsibilities
  • Manage outsourcing projects for the Japanese market.
  • Work directly with Japanese companies and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes (kickoff, scheduling, Q&A, risk management, change request (CR) management, code reviews, test case reviews, release checklists, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the team to propose solutions related to business processes, architecture, system design, and technical strategies.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years managing projects for the Japanese market.
  • Experience in projects using Agile, CMMI, Waterfall, or similar processes.
  • Japanese proficiency is equivalent to N2 or higher.
  • Experience as a Tech Lead.
  • Knowledge of PMBOK and PMP certification.
  • Experience in web programming (frontend/backend/cloud server).
