Job Title: Sales  (Chinese Speaking)

Company Overview: We are a dynamic and growing company setting up a new plant. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Representative who is fluent in Chinese to join our client company. This role is crucial for establishing and expanding our market presence among Chinese-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients.

• Provide advice and offer products and services to customers.

• Answer client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.

• Manage sales processes from lead generation to closing deals.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

• Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
