■英語日常会話レベル以上（社内コミュニケーション）
■金型部門にて部下の管理経験が有る事
■駐在に切り替えの可能性があるため、日本、タイ、インドの3か国で異動が発生する事を承諾頂ける方
■射出成形又はﾀﾞｲｶｽﾄ型の金型製作経験が有る事
