職務内容：
1st Line トラブルシューティングとエスカレーション。
ネットワークとPCの導入及び実装。
顧客のネットワークとPCの詳細な計画と設計。
ネットワーク/PC/デスクトップのセキュリティ要素の構成、日々のサービス提供を含む。
マイグレーション計画と実行。
PCおよびコールセンターシステム（DCサーバーを含む）のサポート。
応募要件：
Microsoft WIN 10/11、Microsoft 365、Windows Server、AD管理、仮想化、クラウド（AWS、Azure）、Office/Mailer、スイッチ/ルーター/IPT、およびファイアウォール製品などのPCソフトウェアの習熟。
英語と日本語の書面および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル（日本語は必須）。
技術的な問題に関するさまざまなメールおよび電話の問い合わせに対する調査と回答の能力。
