問題のトラブルシューティングとチケット管理

ITインフラのセットアップ支援
ユーザートレーニングの補助
IT資産・契約・ライセンスの管理
＜必須＞
サーバー・ネットワークに精通したインフラエンジニアとしての実務経験（3年以上）
Microsoft AD、Intune、仮想化などの基本知識
日本語N1、TOEIC800点以上
自立して業務を遂行し、チームと協力できる能力
カスタマーサービスまたはテクニカルサポートの経験
