Job Summary
日本最大手の物流企業にて、カスタマーサービス（ロンドン勤務）を急募しております。
主な業務は、電話やメールでのお客様対応、見積もり作成、伝票の記入などです。
また、現場（倉庫）に行くこともありますが、力仕事ではなく、お客様とのやり取りや現場スタッフとの連携・指示出しが中心となります。
人と接することが好きな方、物流業界に興味のある方におすすめのポジションです。
Responsibilities
電話・メールでのお客様対応
見積もりや伝票の作成
倉庫スタッフとの連携・現場でのサポート
必要に応じて軽量物の運搬補助
クライアントと現場のスムーズな連携をサポート
Requirements
日本語：流暢レベル以上
英語：日常会話レベル以上
カスタマーサービスまたは物流業界での経験がある方歓迎
コミュニケーション力と調整力のある方
