職務内容：
・ITやデータセンター、ネットワークなどに関しての顧客からの問い合わせ対応
・トラブル改善、問題の特定、オペレーション
・日本本社とのやり取り、UKチーム間のコーディネーション
応募要件：
・流暢な日本語（必須）
・ビジネスレベルの英語（流暢でなくても英語のミーティングに参加できるレベル）（必須）
・卓越したコミュニケーション能力（必須）
・ITサポート、カスタマーサポート、営業、コールセンター等の顧客対応経験（大歓迎）
・ITインフラストラクチャ、ネットワーク（CCNA等）に関する知見（尚良）
