A Japanese real estate developer is hiring a Specialist to lead the land acquisition, primarily 
logistics development sites and logistics facilities, as well as other related operations.

■Responsibilities
・Logistics and industrial land acquisition, due diligence and contract negotiations 
・Collecting information and investigating development sites 
・Formulating business plans

■Requirements
[Must have] 
・Work experience in the real estate investment and development industry (5 years or more) 
・Experience in land acquisition, due diligence, and contract negotiation in logistics and 
industrial 
・Negotiation skills and contract reading comprehension in English and Malay 
・Experience reading, creating, and reviewing practical English for JV contracts, land 
purchase and sale contracts, and lease contracts is required 
・Strong network with local developers, intermediaries, legal affairs, and government
Finance and investment evaluation skills 
・Practical experience in analyzing investment returns, creating materials for investment 
committees, and financial modelling (Excel-based) 
・Speedy execution and self-reliance 
・As this is a phase of overseas expansion with a small, elite team, we need people who can 
propose, promote, and close on their own, rather than waiting for instructions 

[Preferred] 
・JV experience with Japanese companies or business experience with Japanese companies 
・Understanding construction, land laws, and Malaysian development regulations 
・Experience in transactions with REITs or PE funds 
・Formerly from a major developer 
・Japanese language skill
