A Japanese real estate developer is hiring a Project Manager to lead the acquisition and sale of assets, primarily logistics development sites and logistics facilities, as well as other related operations.
■Responsibilities:
・Collecting information and investigating development sites
・Formulating business plans
・Selecting business stakeholders (architectural, general contractor, design, operating companies, etc.)
・Sales to investors (sales of projects)
・Design and construction, project management, etc.
■Requirements:
・Experience in purchasing income-generating real estate, development land, etc. (3 years or more)
・Those who have connections with funds, intermediaries, landowners, etc. to purchase development land
・Japanese language skill
