- 調達・生産管理部門でのマネジメント業務
- 日本本社との連携
必須要件
工学、ビジネス、または関連分野の学士号。
戦略的購買、物流管理、またはプロジェクト管理で 8 年以上の経験。
プロジェクト主導の環境での勤務経験。手荷物処理またはエンジニアリング業界が望ましい。
国際的な経験があり、部門や文化を超えて協力できる能力。
実践的なアプローチによる強力な分析および問題解決能力。
複数の優先事項、期限、複雑なプロジェクトを効率的に管理できる能力。
システムおよびデータ管理 (Excel、SAP、データ分析) に精通している。
調達プロセスを強化するためのデジタル化と自動化に関心がある。
優れた対人スキルを持ち、信頼と信用を迅速に構築できる能力。
優れたコミュニケーション能力を持ち、日本語、英語 (書き言葉と口頭)、中国語、マレー語に堪能である。
結果を重視する積極的で自発的な姿勢。
