経営陣のパートナーとして、組織成長を支える提案と実行
ポジティブで多様性のある職場文化の醸成
応募資格
人事マネジメントまたはHRビジネスパートナーとしての実務経験
米国の労働法および人事のベストプラクティスに関する知識
戦略的思考と成果志向の姿勢
優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル
英語必須、日本語ができれば尚可
人事・ビジネス関連の学士号（修士号あれば尚可）
