ネットワークおよび/またはサーバーシステムの実装/移行に関連するプロジェクトを完了する。
職務内容
顧客、ベンダー、営業チームと会議を行い、営業チームが提案書と見積書を作成できるように最適なソリューションを設計する。
ファイアウォール、ルーター、スイッチ、アクセスポイントの設定を作成する。
顧客の現場を訪問してネットワーク機器をインストールする。
問題を次のサポートレベルおよび/またはベンダーに迅速にエスカレーションする。
Tier 1またはTier 2のエンドユーザーサポートやトラブルシューティングを提供し、メールや電話で問題を特定する。
ハードウェア修理を調整するためにメーカーと連絡を取る。
問題を解決するために顧客の現場を訪問する。
