- Exchange Online の運用経験（設定管理、メールフロー・受信者管理、セキュリティ対策、移行対応 など）
- Microsoft Defender for Office 365 の知識と運用経験
- SPF、DKIM、DMARC など送信ドメイン認証に関する基本的な理解
- SMTP、DNS、TCP/IP、HTTP、TLS などのネットワークに関する基礎知識
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力
