大手ゲーム会社や海外タイトルを主とするお客様に対し、スマートフォン・家庭用ゲーム機のゲーム開発工程におけるテストからリリース後のサポートまで、総合的な品質保証サービスを手がけています。
また、カスタマーサポート部署では、大手ゲームのリリース後のユーザーサポートを主に行っております。ゲームプレイ中に発生した不具合や様々な問い合わせについて、メールやチャットで回答をしていきます。
