This role offers the chance to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions while helping to shape Japan's talent strategy. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and global HR teams to bring in exceptional talent that powers world-class travel experiences.
Manage end-to-end recruitment across roles and departments: sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions
Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, local job boards, and networking
Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and attract talent
Analyze market trends, salary data, and hiring metrics to guide recruitment decisions
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies
Continuously optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability

必須条件経験・資格:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech, travel, or fast-paced environments
Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
PowerPoint skills a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational abilities and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Comfortable working in a dynamic, global, and agile environment
Japanese: Fluent
English: Fluent
Experience in global or multilingual environments
Background in internal recruitment, RPO, or agency settings
