Join a top-tier professional services firm as a New Graduate Recruiter, where you will lead the development and execution of graduate hiring strategies that shape the future of the organization. This is a high-impact opportunity to partner with stakeholders across the business and HR, driving talent initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and flexible working environment.
Plan and manage graduate recruitment strategy, including budgeting and selection process design
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and university partners to attract top student talent
Organize and participate in university visits, career forums, and recruitment events (on- and off-campus)
Develop and execute innovative domestic and international hiring campaigns
Manage candidate pipelines and engagement throughout the hiring and onboarding journey
Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR teams to align hiring with organizational goals

必須条件経験・資格:
1-3 years of experience in graduate or mid-career recruitment, in-house or at an agency
Strong track record of planning and delivering recruitment campaigns
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and/or Access)
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Able to work independently in fast-moving or ambiguous situations
High integrity and discretion with confidential information
Japanese: Native level
English: Intermediate to Business level
Prior experience working in a consulting firm or technology/SI environment
Familiarity with campus engagement tools or global recruitment platforms
