Job Description
■エアバッグ、ステアリングホイール、シートベルト用プレス/メタル部品などの購買業務
【具体的内容】
・購買戦略の立案および実行
・年次原価低減やVA/VEなどの原価低減活動（価格交渉）原材料メーカー含む。
・サプライヤーとの長期取引契約条件の取り決め
・サプライチェーンの管理
・QCD全般を通じてのサプライヤー改善活動のリード
・新規部品の見積もり査定と購入先選定
・ソーシング先の選定

Required Skills
必須（MUST）
・調達・購買等のサプライチェーンに関する業務経験 もしくは、原価やコストに関する知識や経験をお持ちの方（年数不問） ・日本語、英語での各種交渉経験（例：価格交渉、納期交渉など） ・コミュニケーション能力、調整力に優れた方 ・業務での英語使用経験（メール、資料作成、会議、プレゼン、議論） ・海外出張（1週間程度）、英語でのオンライン会議（夜含む・その際リモート可能）に支障がない方
歓迎（WANT）
・樹脂材料、樹脂成形品、プレスメーカー、鍛造部品等の購買業務経験歓迎 【活かせるご経験】 ・自動車部品メーカーや製造メーカーでのご経験（営業経験でも可） ・製造工程や生産手法に関する知識 ・品質知識（品質的な視点でサプライヤーの製造工程を考察・検証する知識）
