- Facilitate Scrum events and ceremonies effectively Identify and resolve team issues (e.g. teamwork, delays, frequent bugs)
- Promote agile best practices to strengthen team capability
- Collaborate with Product Owners to align development goals and priorities
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to maintain transparency
- Apply and advocate for LeSS principles in team processes
- Promote defect prevention and quality assurance measures
- Support team growth through coaching and mentoring Drive continuous improvement of development processes
