将来の拠点長候補として、事業の成長と収益性の最大化を担います。経営戦略の立案・実行を通じて、事業拡大、オペレーションの最適化を推進し、持続可能な成長を実現します。また現在、マレーシア拠点においては、MD1名を除いてすべてローカルスタッフで構成されているため、GMは組織全体のリーダーとして、現場のオペレーションから経営管理まで幅広いマネジメントを担っていただきます。
