Responsibilities:
• Drive revenue growth and profitability in alignment with assigned sales targets.
• Act as the primary liaison for all customer needs and inquiries.
• Responsibilities include developing new business accounts, expanding existing customer relationships, managing project activities, conducting client meetings, and leveraging networks to uncover new sales opportunities.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s full portfolio of products, services, and solutions, becoming a subject matter expert in the field.
• Excel in KPI-driven environments by efficiently handling tasks and independently formulating strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Lead sales training initiatives and support continuous learning beyond initial onboarding.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required.
• Organize and conduct workshops to enhance collaboration between digital and offset printing segments.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive sales and product training programs to support sales team development.
• Provide on-site customer training as needed.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales within industrial printing sectors, including label, packaging, and large-scale commercial printing, supported by a strong network of industry contacts.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Currently serving in a managerial role, demonstrating strong client relationship management and industry experience.
• Well-connected within the Indonesian market, with an extensive personal contact database for business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Printing Technology, or Graphic Arts, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of printing workflows (label, packaging, and commercial), along with familiarity in design software, color management, sheet layout, RIP systems, and output processes.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Background in training and skill development within related industries.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and able to operate independently.
