生産拠点を複数インドネシアに構え、着実な成長を遂げている日系製造メーカーにおいて、経営管理の中枢を担う重要なポジションです。企業の持続的な発展を支えるために、財務戦略・会計実務の両面から事業をリードしていただく役割となります。インドネシアのローカルチームとの連携を取りながら、日本本社とも戦略的な意思疎通を図る、やりがいある国際環境でのキャリアチャンスです。
【職務内容】
-財務・会計業務の統括およびチームマネジメント
-月次・年次決算の管理および報告業務
-予算策定、キャッシュフロー管理、財務分析
-税務対応、監査対応、会計士・税理士との連携
-日本本社へのレポーティング、連携業務
【応募要件】
-財務・会計に関する実務経験（特に製造業での経験があると尚可）
-チームマネジメントの経験
-月次・年次決算、予算管理、税務対応など幅広い財務知識
-英語またはインドネシア語でのビジネスレベルの会話能力
-ローカルスタッフとの円滑な関係構築ができる柔軟性とリーダーシップ
-経営的視点からの財務戦略提案が可能な思考力
