グローバル医療機器メーカーの日本法人で、戦略支援型のファイナンス業務を担うFinance Business Partnerを募集。予算管理や業績分析だけでなく、営業戦略や販売スキームの設計にも関与できる、ビジネスに近いファイナンス職です。

職務内容
- 経営層やビジネス部門と密に連携し、予算管理・業績分析・改善提案などを通じて戦略的な意思決定をサポート
- 販売スキームの設計やツール開発、ビジネスケース構築など幅広く関与
- 売上・利益予測、予算統制のプロセス改善、各種レポーティング対応など

- ビジネスレベルの日本語力、日常会話レベル以上の英語力がある方歓迎
- SAPやプロジェクトマネジメント経験がある方歓迎
