Job Description
顧客から受けた通信回線のリクエストに対して、現地調査からケーブル・装置設置までのend- to -endのサービス提供をサポートする仕事です。社内外の関係者と調整を図りながら、納期厳守で回線提供を完了させる役割です。

- 社内システムや関連資料をタイムリーに更新し、情報共有を徹底する
- 顧客対応や内部リソース調整を通じて、納顧客満足度向上を実現する
