人事総務チームのチームリーダーとして、中途採用・インターンシップ対応・従業員エンゲージメント活動の企画運営など、多岐にわたる業務を担当していただきます。人事経験1~2年の方からご応募いただけます。

Description
- 中途採用業務（配属先との調整、応募者対応、面接対応、受け入れ手続きなど）
- インターンシップ対応（学校・学生との連絡調整、受け入れサポート）
- 社内イベントの企画・運営を通じたエンゲージメント施策の推進
- その他、人事関連業務全般
