Description
- Sample arrangement, Pick up/Return arrangement, Sample schedule adjustment
- Daily showroom maintenance
- Report to head office
- Arrangement of Press Materials, Press Release, Showroom Preparation
- Support for events (Press sample sale, Store event, Milan collection)
- Arrangement of press presentation and press day
- Manage magazine listings, daily clipping and communicate with office stores
- Support the team of Marketing & Communication in building a 360-degree marketing strategy aligned with key global and local communications priorities

Required Skills
A successful Marketing & Communication Staff should have:
- Passion for the retail industry and understanding of Tokyo's market.
- Press experience in the fashion industry (luxury brand is a plus)
- Enthusiasm for our brands
- Deep knowledge of social media is a plus.
- University graduate or above
- Conversational level English preferred (only read & write okay)
- Native level Japanese
- C Skills: Excel (V Look, Pivot), Word, Power Point
