外国為替（FX）分野における電子商取引クライアントサービスの提供を担当していただきます。銀行業務および金融サービスの経験を活かし、お客様のニーズに応じた高品質なサポートを提供する重要な役割です。

職務内容
- 電子商取引（eCommerce）プラットフォームを通じた外国為替（FX）関連のクライアントサポート
- クライアントからの問い合わせ対応および迅速な問題解決
- 顧客満足度向上のためのプロセス改善提案
- 社内の関連部署との連携を通じたサービスの最適化
- 外国為替市場や業界の最新情報の収集と共有
- システムの使用状況や取引データの分析
- クライアントトレーニングおよびサポート資料の作成
- その他、担当業務に関連するタスクの遂行
