Job Description:
Lead and develop the Innovation & Development (I&D) team, promoting a positive, innovative, and improvement-driven culture.
Drive the creation and testing of new formulations that align with customer needs and business goals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safe operating practices within the I&D facility.
Focus on developing Color Cosmetics, Skin Care, and Fragrance products.
Improve NPD brief approval rates and streamline development processes.
Guide the team to provide timely, accurate updates to the commercial team on formulation progress.
Oversee the use of Product Vision tools and ensure data is regularly updated.
Partner with Commercial teams to explore new business opportunities that grow revenue and brand reputation.
Build a strong innovation pipeline aligned with the manufacturing strategy.
Collaborate with I&D teams in China and Thailand to share formulas and support cross-regional strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering
Has 6-8 years of working experience in total within the same role
