• SAPプロジェクト管理の経験が12～15年必須
• SAP実装におけるプロジェクト管理の経験が豊富であること。
• SAPのエンドツーエンド実装/変革プロジェクトで3件以上、S2P領域（SAP Ariba/SAP）で2件以上のプロジェクト管理経験。日本クライアントとの業務経験は尚可。  
• 問題解決環境で創造的かつ分析的にプロジェクトを遂行する能力  
• プロジェクト管理の全領域（納期遵守、変更管理、予算、計画、リスク管理）における専門家
• SAPプロジェクトのメトリクスを管理し、報告を行う。経営陣向けに正式なプレゼンテーションとエグゼクティブサマリーを提示する  
• プログラム/プロジェクト計画の策定と実施を担当する  
• Source to Payの多様なモジュールにおけるSAPの知識と、SAPビジネスプロセスの理解  
• ステークホルダー管理とエスカレーション管理のスキル  
• 実装、サポート、移行活動の準備と監視
• SAP ActivateメソドロジーとMS Projectなどの計画ツールの使用に精通
• リーダーシップスキル、オフショアとオンサイトの協業経験、多様な業界のビジネスプロセスチーム、機能部門とITチームとの連携経験
• Prince 2/PMP認定資格が望ましい
• 優れた書面および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル

言語スキル：ビジネスレベルの日本語（N3以上）とビジネスレベルの英語 

• Must have 12-15 years SAP Project Management experience
• Should have good Project management experience in SAP implementations.
• Project management experience in at least 3 SAP end to end Implementation/Transformation projects and at least 2 in S2P domain {SAP Ariba/SAP}. Exposure to working with Japanese client is preferable.
• Proven ability to Deliver projects, work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
• Expert in all aspects of Project management including Meeting Deadlines, Change management Budget, Planning and Risk Management
• Oversee SAP Project metrics for reporting, present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management
• Will be responsible for the development and Implementation of the program/project plan
• Good SAP background across a variety of Modules in Source to Pay and understanding of SAP Business processes
• Strong Stakeholder management, Escalation management
• Prepare and monitor Implementation, support and transition activities
• Expert in the use of SAP Activate Methodology and planning tools such as MS Project
• Demonstrated Leadership skills, Offshore and onsite collaboration experience, working with business process team, functional & IT team across variety of industries
• Formal Prince 2/PMP Certification preferred 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Language Skills: Business level Japanese (N3 and above) and Business level English
