- 問題解決環境で創造的かつ分析的にプロジェクトを遂行する能力
- プロジェクト管理の全領域（納期遵守、変更管理、予算、計画、リスク管理）における専門家
- SAPプロジェクトのメトリクスを管理し、報告を行う。経営陣向けに正式なプレゼンテーションとエグゼクティブサマリーを提示する
- プログラム/プロジェクト計画の策定と実施を担当する
- Source to Payの多様なモジュールにおけるSAPの知識と、SAPビジネスプロセスの理解
- ステークホルダー管理とエスカレーション管理のスキル

- SAP ActivateメソドロジーとMS Projectなどの計画ツールの使用に精通

- Prince 2/PMP認定資格が望ましい
- 優れた書面および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル
言語スキル：ビジネスレベルの日本語（N3以上）とビジネスレベルの英語
- Must have 12-15 years SAP Project Management experience
- Should have good Project management experience in SAP implementations.
- Project management experience in at least 3 SAP end to end Implementation/Transformation projects and at least 2 in S2P domain {SAP Ariba/SAP}. Exposure to working with Japanese client is preferable.
- Proven ability to Deliver projects, work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
- Expert in all aspects of Project management including Meeting Deadlines, Change management Budget, Planning and Risk Management
- Oversee SAP Project metrics for reporting, present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management
- Will be responsible for the development and Implementation of the program/project plan
- Good SAP background across a variety of Modules in Source to Pay and understanding of SAP Business processes
- Strong Stakeholder management, Escalation management
- Prepare and monitor Implementation, support and transition activities
- Expert in the use of SAP Activate Methodology and planning tools such as MS Project
- Demonstrated Leadership skills, Offshore and onsite collaboration experience, working with business process team, functional & IT team across variety of industries
- Formal Prince 2/PMP Certification preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Language Skills: Business level Japanese (N3 and above) and Business level English
