Backend Engineer (no Japanese needed)

Responsibilities

You’ll be part of a team that collaborates across departments to build solutions for efficiently processing large volumes of tasks. You will be developing and maintaining a reliable platform that can handle multiple tasks at once and scale as needed. Some examples of these tasks include converting design files, pulling out key data points, and analyzing features using machine learning.

Required

• 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and building backend systems for web applications.
• Strong proficiency in languages such as Rust, Java, Go, or C++.
• Solid experience developing and operating solutions on public cloud platforms, particularly AWS

Preferred 

• Experience designing and developing large-scale, high-performance services
• Proficiency in Rust, the primary language used in recent projects.
• Japanese communication skills are a plus, with the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams.
