大手IT企業の社内広報を担当していただきます。特に情報セキュリティ、プライバシー、データガバナンスに対する社員の理解を深めるメッセージ設計・発信を通じて、企業全体にインパクトを与えるポジションです。

主な職務内容

• 社内の情報セキュリティ意識を高めるためのスライド、ニュースレター、動画、サイネージなどのコンテンツ制作（日英）
• 情報セキュリティ、プライバシー、AI、データガバナンスに関する啓発キャンペーンの実施
• ビジネス目標と合致したメッセージの設計（経営層と連携）
• 社内イントラネット、LMS、SharePointなどの社内プラットフォームの管理・運用
• 社内イベントやトレーニング、グローバルセミナーの企画・運営サポート

• Create bilingual communication materials (slides, newsletters, videos, signage)

• Execute global awareness campaigns on InfoSec, Privacy, AI, and Data Governance topics

• Work closely with executives to ensure messaging aligns with business goals

• Manage internal communication platforms such as intranet, LMS, and SharePoint

• Organize and support internal events, training sessions, and global seminars

必須条件

経験・知識：

• 社内広報やコーポレートコミュニケーションの実務経験 3年以上
• 複雑な内容を、ITやセキュリティが専門外の社員にもわかりやすく伝える能力
• 複数のメディア形式（文書・動画・ビジュアル等）によるコンテンツ制作経験
  

ソフトスキル：

• 組織や現場の意識や慣行を見極める力
• フィードバックを受け入れ、アウトプットの改善につなげる柔軟な姿勢

語学力：

• 日本語：流暢（JLPT N2以上）
• 英語：流暢（TOEIC 800点以上目安）

• 大企業・グローバル企業での社内広報経験があれば尚可
• 情報セキュリティ、個人情報保護/プライバシー、ガバナンスの知識
• イベント企画・運営、プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
• 様々な形式・メディアのコンテンツ作成経験・能力

• 3+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, preferably in global companies

• Proven ability to explain technical topics in a clear, engaging manner

• Proficiency with content creation across various media types

• Experience managing digital communication tools and knowledge platforms

• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Japanese: Fluent (JLPT N2 or higher)

• English: Business-level (TOEIC 800+ preferred)

• Understanding of information security, privacy, and governance concepts

• Experience with event planning, project management, or global awareness programs

• Ability to work in an international, matrixed team environment
