世界的な外資系投資銀行にて、クライアントサービス・オペレーションスペシャリストを募集しています。クライアント対応の品質向上、業務効率化、リスク管理を担い、社内外のステークホルダーと密に連携しながら、オペレーションの最前線で活躍いただくポジションです。



主な職務内容

  • クライアントからの問い合わせや依頼に迅速かつ丁寧に対応
  • 業務の自動化・効率化機会の特定・推進、またそのためのフロントオフィスやITチームとの連携
  • 金融庁や証券取引所など規制当局やベンダー、社内関係者との関係構築・維持
  • プロセス改善リスク管理体制の強化
  • サポートチームや外部委託先の管理を行い、業務品質の維持・向上を図ること
  • リスクとビジネスチャンスを的確に把握し、会社戦略の実行に貢献すること

Join a globally integrated investment bank as a Client Services Operations Specialist, where you'll drive operational improvements, support high-level client initiatives, and enhance service delivery. In this role, you will collaborate across business lines to manage risks, streamline workflows, and maintain strong relationships with regulators, vendors, and stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to daily client inquiries and collaborate with Front Office and IT to identify automation and efficiency solutions
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with regulators, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead initiatives to improve service delivery processes and manage operational change with appropriate risk controls
  • Oversee support teams and outsourced processes to ensure effective operational performance
  • Support strategic business goals by proactively identifying and mitigating risks

必須条件

経験・資格

  • 国際的な投資銀行や証券会社のミドルまたはバックオフィス業務経験(外資系、日系グローバル企業いずれでも可)
  • 日本証券業協会(JSDA)外務員資格一種&二種
  • Microsoft Officeスキル

ソフトスキル:

  • 自信をもって様々なステークホルダーやクライアントとコミュニケーションをとれること

語学力

  • 日本語: 流暢
  • 英語: ビジネスレベル(社内外調整で使用)

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

  • Strong background in middle or back office operations within a global investment bank
  • Hands-on experience supporting client-facing functions in regulated financial institutions

Certifications:

  • Japan Securities Dealers Association (JSDA) Sales Representative Level 1 and 2

Soft Skills:

  • Self-motivated and confident when interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English
Language Requirements
  • Japanese: Fluent
  • English: Intermediate to Business level
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Desire to learn and enhance operational workflows during periods of industry change
  • Ability to handle change and lead continuous improvement projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
