複数案件の各種お問合せ対応や、システムの監視業務をなど、複数案件をマルチかつ英語を用いて対応する兼任業務となります！
マルチタスクが得意な方・英語力を活かしてお仕事をしたい方など大歓迎です♪

・インターネットFAXのNW滞留監視
・衛星通信、電子海図システム障害対応
・システムアラート監視
・暗号化ソフトウェア問合せ窓口
・海外拠点向けモバイルデバイス端末遠隔操作
・ポイントカード社内問合せ窓口
・その他複数案件

必須：
(1)ビジネス英語での対応が可能な方
∟英検2級以上の取得を指標としておりますが、ビジネスレベルの英語力有無を確認させていただくため、
職場見学内で英語を用いたディスカッションや質疑応答を行います。
∟国籍問わず、外国籍の方でもご応募は可能です。
ただしN2以上の取得を指標としており、日本語によるビジネス会話が可能な方・日本でのご就業経験がある方に限ります。
