Job Description
- Design, build, and operate network systems in both on-premises and cloud environments
- Configure and tune network devices such as firewalls, switches, and routers
- Implement and maintain network monitoring tools and respond to alerts
- Define requirements, design, and negotiate with vendors for new projects or infrastructure replacements

Required Skills
Must-Have Skills/Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a network engineer in design, construction, and operation
- Experience configuring and managing major network devices (e.g., Cisco, Juniper)
- Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS)
- Native-level Japanese communication skills (including internal and external coordination)
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Network design and operation experience in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with VPNs, load balancers, WAFs
- Experience managing large-scale or mission-critical network systems
- Infrastructure experience in financial systems or cryptocurrency sectors
- Business-level English communication skills (for collaboration with overseas vendors and hardware manufacturers)
