COMPANY OVERVIEW
My client is well-known Japanese IT company, providing digital transformation solutions to clients from various industries. They are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their bank project. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Application Maintenance & Operations 

• Manage and prioritize incident resolution, problem management, and minor enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams
• Ensure service levels (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for system availability, issue resolution, and response times are consistently met     
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring or major issues, and drive implementation of preventive actions
• Coordinate and plan scheduled maintenance activities, patching, and release deployments to minimize business disruption
• Oversee the timely completion of Service Requests and operational tasks as per agreed timelines
• Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and internal audit requirements
• Keep documentation (e.g., maintenance plans, release notes, issue logs) up to date and audit-ready 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in the IT System Integration (SI) industry, with a focus on project management of medium to large-scale projects

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in system development within the banking domain

• Proven experience in managing teams of approximately 10 or more members, including both onshore and offshore resources.

• Basic knowledge of infrastructure and experience with the impact of infrastructure failures on applications (e.g., name resolution, domain controller, database)

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in application maintenance management
