Company Overview 

Our client is a newly set up Automotive parts manufacturing from China, located at Senai Airport City. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Safety inspections, 6S, and supervision of various logistics and storage areas
• Training, teaching, and planning implementation for abnormal points in the operation process of the material control department
• Monitoring the flow of documents within various material control departments
• Review of inventory reports, FIFO actual operation management.
• Inventory counting, warehouse accounting implementation
• Monitoring the evaluation, purchase, procurement, use, and scrapping of containers
• Long-term planning of personnel work content and skills
• Monitoring the implementation of production plans, production scrapping, repair, and scrapping
• Production BOM ladder maintenance and follow-up revision
• Work plan supervision and management
• Implementation of department training plans
• Update the third-level documents and procedure system documents in accordance with IATF16949/VDA6.3 requirements

• Implement and carry out department assessment work

   

   

  Job Requirements 

   

  Have experience in logistics management of production plants, with large or medium scale and complex product processes; 

   

  Familiar with the relevant control processes of the logistics process;

   

  Understand the quality control methods and requirements of the production site; 

   

  Be familiar with the quality system requirements; 

   

  Have practical 8D problem solving experience; 

   

  Have an open mind, be willing to learn and share, and grow together with the business
