・オンボーディング施策の設計・運用
・社員の自律的成長を促す育成施策の企画・実行（マネジメント研修、1on1支援等）
・組織開発施策の実行支援（部門との連携・ワークショップ設計など）
人事企画
・人事制度の運用と継続的な改善（等級・評価・報酬など）
・人事データマネジメント
・ピープルアナリティクスの実践（人材データ設計・分析・活用）
