【主な業務内容】
<買掛金(AP)関連>
経費精算と支払処理(Webバンキング含む)
申請内容の妥当性チェックと是正指導
振替伝票の作成・入力、消込処理
各種税金(源泉税・消費税など)の照合・納付
<会計業務>
月次決算業務(未払費用計上、減価償却、税関連仕訳など)
銀行口座の照合・管理
本社との取引処理・残高管理
四半期・年次決算、税務申告書類の作成・税理士対応
償却資産税・法人税・消費税に関する手続き
<その他>
組織変更・人事異動に伴うシステム設定変更
年末調書作成、資産台帳の管理、リース物件の処理(US GAAP)

Position Summary
Title: Accounting Specialist (AP + General Accounting)
Location: Shibuya, Tokyo
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ¥6,500,000 – ¥8,000,000 + Bonus
Work Style: Hybrid (Office + Remote)
Languages: Japanese (Fluent), English (Business, ~25% usage)
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable:
Review and process employee reimbursements and payment data
Ensure compliance with internal controls; correct discrepancies
Post journal entries and manage reconciliations
Handle tax calculations and filing (withholding, consumption tax, etc.)
Accounting:
Monthly closing tasks (accruals, depreciation, tax-related adjustments)
Bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly balance reports
Manage intercompany transactions and balances
Quarterly and annual closing, tax filings, respond to auditor inquiries
Handle fixed asset ledger and lease classification under US GAAP
Other:
Configure expense systems based on organizational/personnel changes
Prepare year-end tax statements

Requirements
Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
6+ years of accounting experience
Bookkeeping Level 2 (Nissho Boki) or higher
Experience in international or English-based accounting
TOEIC 730+ or equivalent English proficiency
Intermediate Excel (IF, LOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Nice-to-Haves:
Multinational work experience
Familiarity with US GAAP / IFRS
Strong communication and problem-solving mindset
