職務概要：
•受付またはメール室スタッフのバックアップ業務(レギュラースタッフ不在日時の対応含む)
受付：
•来客対応
•来客のセキュリティ用QRコードの発行
•受付周辺の美化・管理
•会議室準備/片付け
•予約内容の事前チェック＆来客人数集計 毎日
•予約依頼の受付、社員対応 必要に応じて
•来客へのゲストカードお渡しと回収
•電話応対
メール室のサポート：
•宅配ベンダーからの受領、配布 毎日
•納品時の納品書収納 必要に応じて
•郵便物、宅配物、社内便の仕分け（受取・仕分け・発送）
そのほか業務ボリュームに応じて、軽作業
受付業務では
ユニフォームはございませんが、ドレスコードとして黒スーツ、白シャツをお願いされております。
