As a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead strategic mid-career hiring initiatives across eight diverse departments. This is a unique opportunity to strengthen recruitment infrastructure and collaborate with business leaders on impactful hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end mid-career hiring from sourcing to onboarding
Tailor recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of 8 departments
Manage internal approval workflows and headcount requests
Ensure smooth hiring operations through cross-functional communication
Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership

Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and other business tools
Solid IT literacy
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and logical communication skills
