主な職務内容
Join a dynamic HR team at a global financial services leader and support a broad range of functions across compliance, reporting, payroll, and DEI initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to employee experience, well-being programs, and HR process improvement, while collaborating with both local and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Submit mandatory reports to government offices, including employment rules and health check data
Analyze HR data for internal reports and regulatory compliance
Respond to employee inquiries and coordinate onboarding sessions
Assist with payroll, social insurance, and benefits administration
Support wellness programs, DEI initiatives, and campus recruiting efforts

Experience:

Familiarity with HR systems and compliance documentation
Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills and bilingual fluency in English and Japanese
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset
