Job Description
■職務概要：
インド事業拡大のため、Managing Director（日本人社長）直下の事業推進担当として、パートナー物流会社の管理や最適化、コスト削減施策の立案・実行、営業対応など、現地法人の運営を総合的にサポートいただきます。
■職務内容：
１．パートナー物流会社のマネジメント
・現地物流業者との契約・業務調整
・業務品質の確認と改善指導
・業務委託費用の精査と最適化提案
2.コスト削減の推進
・輸送・倉庫管理などに関わるコストの見直しと削減案の策定
・現地事情に即した効率的なオペレーションモデルの提案
3.反響営業の対応
・顧客からの問い合わせや引き合いへの対応（日本語／英語）
・必要に応じた顧客訪問、見積作成・提案
４.現地法人のオペレーション全般の支援
・社内他拠点、他部門と連携し、営業・物流オペレーション・管理業務の把握・改善
・スタッフとのコミュニケーション促進、業務指導
※上記業務内容に留まらず、現地法人社長補佐として領域問わず多岐に渡る業務を担当いただきます。

・インド訪問・海外就業経験
