主な職務内容

• Oracle EBSおよびSalesforce（SFDC）の運用サポートおよびヘルプデスク業務を提供
• 現行業務プロセスを分析し、ユーザーの課題を特定し改善策を提案
• ユーザーリクエストに基づいたシステム要件の定義、開発、設計の管理
• ITチームおよびビジネスステークホルダーと連携し、実用的なソリューションを提供
• Oracle EBSおよびSalesforceに関して、上海拠点のサポートチームとの定期的な調整

You will support and optimize Oracle ERP and Salesforce platforms, collaborating with global teams to streamline business operations and enhance user experience. • Provide hands-on support and operational help desk services for Oracle EBS and Salesforce (SFDC).

• Analyze current business operations to identify user challenges and propose effective improvements.

• Define and manage system requirements, development, and design based on user requests.

• Collaborate with both IT team members and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

• Coordinate regularly with the Shanghai-based support team for Oracle EBS and Salesforce.

必須条件
経験・資格：

• Oracle、SAP、Salesforceいずれかに関するテクニカルまたはファンクショナルな実務経験2年以上
• 情報システム、コンピューターサイエンス、経営学などの関連分野の学士号

スキル：

• Microsoft Officeの高い操作スキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）
• Oracle ERPのPL/SQL、SQL Plusなどの使用経験があれば尚可
• 論理的思考力と問題解決能力
• 自律的に業務を遂行でき、マトリクス組織において円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方

語学力

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル（TOEIC 600点以上目安）

歓迎条件

• Jira、Confluenceなどのプロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験
• 体外診断薬（IVD）または製薬業界での業務経験
• 商業オペレーションやライフサイエンス領域におけるデータ管理の理解

• Experience:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce in a technical or functional role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with Oracle ERP tools such as PL/SQL and SQL Plus is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability.

  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively in a matrix organization.

• Japanese: Native

• English: Intermediate to Business level (TOEIC 600+)

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Background in the IVD or pharmaceutical industry.

• Understanding of commercial operations and data management in a life sciences setting.
